I purchased a Vena Pulse device from ACI Medical, costing around €3000. Unfortunately, the device was faulty and did not perform as advertised. Specifically, a built in alarm on the device kept signaling when we increased the pressure in the unit, even when the pressure was well below the safe limit. Although staff at ACI Medical provided some attempt to solve the issue, we were refused a refund or a replacement when. This was very dissapointing considering the cost of the device.
