If I could give this company minus stars I would . Absolute worst customer service AND heat pump service . DO NOT work with this company. They “repaired” our heat pump last winter . It made terrible sounds afterwards so we called and they assured us that was normal , along with the fact that the unit kept icing up all winter . Fast forward to these hot days and our air conditioner isn’t working. We had a 2nd company come look at it - told us it was installed incorrectly and to call ACI to fix it .
