Over the last three years, my car spent more time at ACI Dynamics than it did with me. Things started off well. I dropped my car off at 9:00 am for a simple wheel alignment, which should take about 2–3 hours. Since it wasn’t supposed to take long, I stayed in town instead of going home. When I called around noon, I was told to come back toward the end of the day. I figured they were doing inspections, so I accommodated my schedule and picked my car up around 5:00 PM. Great experience with the ACI team. I've wanted to do some minor punch-up, of a 2019 SQ5 i have. Reached out to ACI after some experience with some closer, but less responsive shops. Brett got right back to me with very specific suggestions. He was able to answer all of my questions, and had solid reason WHY the tune they picked. We set it up, and ran into some technical difficulties because of a special code in my particular car, but ACI made it work, and worth the drive back to to Seymour to get it done.
