I was sold a Genesis 5 drill and a $1600 set of cutters for it... the drill itself is ok... but the cutters are useless... they do not work with this drill and I was told to return them to my local dealer (hobdy die & reed, hardinsburg, KY) so I took them off the drill and returned them... I was told my refund would be in my mailbox in 7-10 days at the most... that was a month ago... I get no response to my emails, the manager is "out of the office" when I call... basically they stole my $1600... I'm contacting a lawyer this... read more
