ACI made everything super easy. Justin Reynolds met with the adjuster, submitted supplements for missing items and made the job go easy. Justin Reynolds was much more knowledgeable than anyone else we spoke with. He knew what insurance was required to do and how to document the damage and provide to them. II don’t have an issue with the quality of the work ACI’s sub-contractors performed, but I do have an issue with the amount of time they needed from start to finish and their billing philosophy. They took seven months to frame and finish a sunroom and reshingle the house (6/1/11-12/4/11. They claim the insurance company was the delay, but I can only attribute 3-4 weeks to that at most.
