I don't even know where to start... Hertzel is an absolute angel. Truly. Someone broke my mom's car window with a rock and stole her purse at the 95-S rest stop on her way home to NC. I looked up nearby shops and called Hertzel, who said he would take a look at it and would be happy to take my credit card info by phone for the payment. I just had my BMW M5 repaired here . They worked closely with Geico to get original BMW parts. They did a fabulous job!!! The quality and detail that went into the repairs was just remarkable!! I would recommend ACI to everyone! My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Needless to say, I was very pleased with my repairs. they were very nice and Raquel kept me updated from start to completion of the process.

A very high quality shop and owner hertzel is just amazing in his customer relations. Repairs are high quality and paint finish is absolutely indistinguishable from original paint. I am very particular about my vehicles appearance and have taken three cars to ACI AUTO BODY SHOP for body and repaint. I have been very impressed with the experience and his ability to get a vehicle done on time

I absolutely love the staff here. My car was in their shop for about 2 weeks to get repairs done after a car accident. They were so on top of keeping me informed about the progress on my car and estimating the time it would be done. I got daily pictures of the progress on my car, which I loved. The front office staff was so nice and always very helpful and assuring. The guys did an amazing job fixing my car, it's back to looking brand new. I'm so happy. Would definitely recommend them.

I traveled to Columbia, MD to visit my son when I was involved is an accident , since i was renting a car I needed to get it repaired fast before returning it to the rental Co. I was told of ACI Auto Body so I went over to see what they can do for me , I was given a very reasonable price for the repairs and felt very comfortable with the owner sound like he knew his work and promised it will be done on time, come back two days later and the car was ready and could not tell it was ever damaged, I would like to thank them for ... read more
