Very greedy people. Management only cares about insurance money. They treat patients worse than an animal. They curse, yell, and make fun of patients. They don't have a supervisor. One counselor has 40 patients. I am surprised that OASAS never took its license.
This time I listen to the speaker and I heard something . I’m going to make it this time. And I’m doing it one day at a time
Calling to check on my husband who's in rehab and the staff is extremely rude. They don't return phone calls and they speak to you like your bothering them. UNACCEPTABLE FOR A TREATMENT FACILITY
I just Wana share my opinion on this facility. I have never met such great folks that only took the time to asses me but actually see my pain and actually took time and patience with me . I was outraged mean and so fcked up to these people and they didn't quit on me. I Wana apologize not only for my actions but to tell you guys how great of a facility you guys have. The ones who I got to speak to and your staff is amazing. You guys train your staff so well and whoever most of them are they have been great of their treatment.... read more
Hi,my daughter Christine has been there since Wednesday night.She just called and said no one is helping her.There are no group meetings and she hasn't seen a social worker.Shes just stays in bed all day.What is going on? She was told she could bring clothes to wear but she can only wear scrubs.Does not sound like thete is any structure at all.Was hoping she would get good help but it doesn't seen like it at all.What is going on with that place?
