The process was surprisingly fast and pleasant. There was a slight language issue. Patience handled that. The one down side was the length of time the technician had to wait for the payment agent to come on line. The payment process was smooth, quick and efficient. The technicians from Franklin plumbing were outstanding, thorough, very pleasant and exercised great communication skills. Also, they cleaned up behind themself.
