After watching my buddy deal with them on the phone I don't think I can get behind a company that treats it's costumers the way they treated my friend
I trusted my real estate agent and purchased a warranty from ACHOSA which was a big mistake. What they don't tell you is if you do not have all repairs completed from your home inspection with proof in writing plus paid receipts they will deny your claim. Refund me the purchase price. They also do not have a representative that is not with a heavy accent so if you don't speak Spanish you'll probably struggle like I have for the past days. I don’t normally do these but I was very impressed and had to leave a five star review. The team was very professional from start to finish and completed the job in under the time expected. Everything was left as clean or better than before they started. And they even showed me pictures of their work and thoroughly tested everything when done. I’m excited 😊. Thanks so much!
Achosa is so far the best home warranty I’ve had. I owed multiple homes and I should have used them on the previous properties. I would recommend them to every home buyer!
