I recently had an air conditioning emergency and my home warranty was put to the test. My HVAC tech was able to swing by and fix the issue. I called Achosa, setup a claim and let my tech talk with Achosa. Within minutes the work was approved and I was reimbursed. This was the smoothest home warranty process I've ever heard of.

This company is garbage. Their maximum coverage is low, and the process to file a claim is ABSURD. To date, They have paid denied one claim totally and paid less than half of another claim, after calling the technician used THREE times and telling HIM to revise his invoice THREE times so that they could find something to deny. I am not renewing my policy. 100% do not recommend. 0/10.

We had our AC unit spring a leak in the A-coil. That coil also includes the heater. They refused to pay the additional money for the heater. I would not use this company for anything.

DO NOT purchase or ask for the purchase of an ACHOSA Home Warranty. To my own fault, I asked for a home warranty and didn’t do the proper research on ACHOSA when it was set up for me prior to purchase. They don’t come close to covering ANY major repair on a home, even with the highest package. Do your research. Find a different company. Had a quote for a $4k electrical repair, ACHOSA max coverage is 500 on their lowest plan and 1500 on the highest. Who does that help?
