We obtained an Achosa Home Warranty with the purchase of our home. (We have the "Buyer's Prime Plus" warranty.). It has been a good thing that we have the warranty, because we have had a number of issues with things in the house - the appliances, HVAC and such were all nearing end-of-life. This place is absolute garbage. I’ve been paying for two years on this home warranty, and because the technician can’t tell them why the hard start kit on my AC unit stopped working. They denied my claim telling me that they are not going to pay for it because they cannot tell them why it failed that’s the most scandalous crap I’ve ever heard in my entire life and the worst thing was paying for this for the last two years and now I can’t get a hold of anybody to cancel my policy whatever you do do not use these scam artists
