While my car was being serviced at Achins last week they broke my only switchblade key to my VW. There was no offer to discount the services (paid over $750) or to replace it. Customer service was sub-par and quite rude. Very disappointed in this experience as in the past they have been delightful. I would appreciate another key being made to offset the cost and inconvenience of the mechanics breaking mine inside the ignition.
