Staff was very friendly and courteous. Needed a helmet for my son. Had insurance, had neurologist prescription, and specs and details on the helmet, but had to have a 'Service Provider' order it. 2021: Worst orthotists I've ever experienced. They said it would take 2 months to make my son's brace. It took 9. The brace fit so poorly my son was in PAIN when he wore it. Dr. Logan and everyone at Achilles was very welcoming. He made sure to explain the details and kept our baby and us comfortable with the process of getting the helmet. We’re grateful for his help.

I know it was only supposed to be for about 4 months, and then he would have a perfectly rounded head. But still, he was so young and I really didn't want to have him endure this. After scheduling our first appointment with Daisy at the front desk (she too... read more
