Logan was knowledgeable, explained things thoroughly and was absolutely wonderful with our son for the fitting of his helmet. The entire staff was kind and helpful too! Grateful for all of their help.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Needed a helmet for my son. Had insurance, had neurologist prescription, and specs and details on the helmet, but had to have a 'Service Provider' order it. Office insisted we had to come in. I dragged my son down there, in and out of the car and into his wheelchair, really for no reason, except to charge for an appointment. 2021: Worst orthotists I've ever experienced. They said it would take 2 months to make my son's brace. It took 9. The brace fit so poorly my son was in PAIN when he wore it. He basically couldn't walk until we got another brace made at Hangar because the brace sucked so hard he refused to wear it. (It was during lockdown so school was online - our saving grace).
