The staff here is incredibly kind and supportive! I initially came in for a consultation about getting my son a helmet before we had a prescription because our pediatrician had advised us to wait until he was 6 months old to start the process. During the consultation, Donald validated our concerns and encouraged us to request the prescription sooner.
