I have had a very positive experience with Dr, Kalnoky. His staff is friendly and very helpful. He did not rush the visit and listened patiently to my concerns. I look forward to working with this doctor and office.
It's possible that Dr. Kalnoky is an excellent provider. It's unclear because after visiting twice, I never met him. The office experience is bad. Unreasonable wait times, poor expectation setting, and rude and uncoordinated staff. Staff openly speaking negatively about other patients. Staff is stressed and taking it out on the patients. The environment simply has a negative vibe. Even if Dr. Kalnoky is the best provider in the world, putting up with the entire patient experience here is not worth it.
Dr. Kalnoky is a good listener, answers questions and explains conditions well. He seems to really care about his patients.
Extremely well organized, efficient and to the point. Dr. Kalnoky takes everything you tell him into account and formulates the best plan for moving forward.
