Had a great experience with Richard. Very knowledgable around sport injuries and concerns. I went with a persistent knee injury and was advised on acupunture - he was keen and thorough to get to the bottom of my issue. Left with a good understanding of what to do to encourage recovery. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend.
I had treatment from Richard in September for persistent pain in my achillies and back. Richard could quickly book me in which was great and provided a thorough and comprehensive treatment. What was just as impressive was the knowledge provided and aftercare service. Richard comes highly recommended. 5* service 👍

I went to Richard to help with a problem i have had with my shoulder for around a year. Also i have recently been suffering from sciatica pain, i discussed these issues with Richard and he was very understanding and knowledgeable about the issues i have. After going through the proceedures that he would undertake, he gave me a massage on my sciatica followed by acupunture. Highly, highly recommend ! I could hardly walk with extremely bad knee pain that came on out of no where. Richard saw me the same day and was super knowledgable and worked some kind of magic that helped my knee recover in less than a week. I actually felt instantly better when I left! Thank you so much!
