Had my first session with Richard after suffering shoulder and lower back pain. Richard is very knowledgeable and worked a treat on my shoulder, he instructed me to continue working on my pain at home with a tennis ball. He sent me videos and instructions on how to do stretches and massages and followed up with me too Thanks Richard, I will return after a few weeks of the stretches and ice treatments.

Richard is very knowledgeable and professional. I’d booked originally for help around migraines and posture, but when I went, I also had muscle strain in my leg. He was careful to check all muscles to locate the exact areas of weakness and targeted these with massage and acupuncture. Although expectedly sore the next day, after that I was pain free! Richard also made sure I had exercises to do, sent me away with a tennis ball so I could do this and followed up with videos of stretches so I had them to refer to. Would def rec... read more

Richard treated a knee injury I sustained after running. He was very knowledgable and explained each process throughout. He also sent helpful videos and at-home treatments to aid my recovery. Thank you :)

I suffer from an elbow injury/tennis elbow. Went to see Richard and he was very knowledgeable. Received massage, ultra sound, acupuncture and applied kinetic tape. Was sent after the consultation a youtube list of exercise/self massage videos customised for my issue. Would definitely recommend.

The treatments I experienced for lower back pain such as acupuncture and therapeutic ultrasound, were helping me towards my journey to recovery. Richard made me feel really comfortable and he was kind, caring and understanding. I believe Achilles healers is excellent value for money.
