I’ve been having endless issues with my back and Richard was extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything as he was carrying out the massage. The massage wasn’t harsh at all like other sports massages and I felt completely refreshed afterwards. He followed up with videos and suggestions on at-home treatments. Would recommend to anybody.
I highly recommend Richard, as a fellow athlete he really understands your mindset and how much injuries can impact you. He provides a very professional consultation with great hands on therapies and support. He’s full of wisdom and knowledge about the body too which was really great to help reassure me. I’ll be back again soon!
Richard was highly recommended to me as I had an ongoing knee problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, as well as taking the time to discuss the problem and how it was limiting my ability to exercise properly. My knee responded well to the treatment and advice. I most definitely recommend this practice!
Had my first session with Richard after suffering shoulder and lower back pain. Richard is very knowledgeable and worked a treat on my shoulder, he instructed me to continue working on my pain at home with a tennis ball. He sent me videos and instructions on how to do stretches and massages and followed up with me too Thanks Richard, I will return after a few weeks of the stretches and ice treatments.
I suffer from an elbow injury/tennis elbow. Went to see Richard and he was very knowledgeable. Received massage, ultra sound, acupuncture and applied kinetic tape. Was sent after the consultation a youtube list of exercise/self massage videos customised for my issue. Would definitely recommend.
