Richard was highly recommended to me as I had an ongoing knee problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, as well as taking the time to discuss the problem and how it was limiting my ability to exercise properly. My knee responded well to the treatment and advice. I most definitely recommend this practice!
After having back spasms whilst squatting at the gym I went to Richard for some treatment. Within one session I went from not being able to un-rack a barbell, to squatting a deadlifting completely pain and discomfort free. Richard is very knowledgeable, and his methods don't cause more day after pain like other sports massages. I would recommend him to anyone struggling with any pain or discomfort.
I’ve been having endless issues with my back and Richard was extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything as he was carrying out the massage. The massage wasn’t harsh at all like other sports massages and I felt completely refreshed afterwards. He followed up with videos and suggestions on at-home treatments. Would recommend to anybody.
I highly recommend Richard, as a fellow athlete he really understands your mindset and how much injuries can impact you. He provides a very professional consultation with great hands on therapies and support. He’s full of wisdom and knowledge about the body too which was really great to help reassure me. I’ll be back again soon!
