Dr Mann was awesome! Very friendly and got me in and out in no time. Making an appointment was very easy got one just a few days after calling thank you for the amazing service Achilles!
Blue-collar workers — avoid this clinic at all costs. I had one of the worst healthcare experiences here. It started with a wart issue on my foot. After the first checkup, my employer needed the doctor to fill out a short-term disability form. I asked the clinic for their email so I could send it electronically and avoid the pain of physically dropping it off — but the receptionists seemed completely clueless. Excellent service at the front desk. Convenient ways to make appointments. The Podiatrist is friendly, welcoming and treated our minor child with patience and respect. Wheelchair accessible location with above and underground parking options. Definitely would go back if needed.
Do NOT invest any money here… I spent 800+ $ to get permanent ingrown nails removal and they came back in less than 4 months; while also leaving my toe shape all messed up and crooked. The reception is also not pleasant whatsoever. They don’t have an appointment reminder system, or notify you or communicate back via email. Again, find a different podiatrist, waste of money.
