Had a great appt. Paid for custom orthotics and then nothing. No response to calls and emails. Did they just shut down or disappear - who knows?? I had to dispute all their charges through my credit card to get refunded. This place is a scam.
Was a great place. Now They have downsized to 2 locations
They don't bother calling you to tell you they are closed for scheduled appointment. Some of us work for a living. Months later they have the audacity to send me an email saying I owe 50 dollars. Do yourself a favor a go else where.

If I could give zero stars, I would. First, I was told I would see a DOCTOR. When I arrived, I learned that no one gets to see a doctor. You have to see a nurse practitioner. To no avail, I protested because I traveled over 40 minutes for the appt, and I had waited several weeks for the appt day. I am not sure if this was poor communication or blatant bait and switch.
