After several years of being a patient of Dr. Belock, I went for my regular appointment in the Ashland office in January but the office had closed permanently. I was never notified. While I was very happy with Dr. Belock's treatment, I will not be going to any of the other locations of Achilles Foot & Ankle.
While the staff is very friendly, the back end of billing and scheduling is a nightmare. Especially when you’re signing things multiple times and your documents are being scanned multiple times. And, you can’t be seen unless all this is handled. All of which has been gong on since the implementation of their new system. And the wait is always long - upwards of an hour or more.
Dr. Ganz is wonderful and his staff is the best customer service you can find anywhere. The laser treatments that Achilles offers are great for neuropathy. Do not fear, you will feel so much better.
Staff members are very professional and friendly. I have treated by Dr. Ganz and have the highest regards for his treatment and knowledge. I would highly recommend Achilles Foot & Ankle Center .
The staff including the doctor are very child friendly. Great customer service.
