I’ve had two phenomenal therapist that I highly recommend one is Daniel and the other one is Desiree unfortunately, both of them have left this office ✅I’ve been a weekly client here since July of 2021. ✅I never had my therapist canceled on me . ✨Daniel is very great therapist now at the Visalia location and ✨Desiree DiCastillo ❤️her !I’m not sure where she is but she’s amazing . ✅I would recommend picking a therapist that you can trust ❌ I would not recommend someone who doesn’t believe you or you feel uneasy around. 1.Ask ... read more

Scheduled an appointment and was then notified that the appointment was canceled, don’t remember why. I scheduled another appointment that was also canceled because the therapist had put in their two weeks notice and they wanted me to switch to another therapist since the original would no longer be working with them. The new therapist was late to our phone session and then told me she would contact me soon to schedule the next appointment but I never received anything. I had 1 session for my daughter and I really liked the therapist. I called and left 4 messages with some weird answering service who wasn’t even familiar with the Fresno office to book an appointment. Nobody ever called me back. Finally someone who never identified themselves begins texting me regarding an upcoming appointment I never made. I tell the person texting that I need a different appointment date and they reply telling me that the therapist was booked and had put in their notice and wouldn’t be returning in 2 weeks... read more
