I am a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician who worked for Achievement for over a year. I do not recommend working here, and I would send your child here for behavioral therapy cautiously. As an RBT, my supervision was minimal and training scarce. While my background considerably aided me as I transitioned into this company, new RBTs hired by Achievement were unfairly disadvantaged, and thus, so were their clients.
