My child’s OT and speech therapist have left the facility for different reasons. They never rescheduled my child with another therapist(s) to take their place. I call here, and they make plenty excuses. One of them being they haven’t hired anyone yet. Well what about the ones you have here? Are you able to squeeze my kid in or not? It’s never a simple yes or no. Just excuses. My child needs therapy. At least keep me informed. It’s like they do not care. Very unprofessional behavior. Will not return.

Inappropriate comments made by speech therapist regarding my child. No accountability whatsoever. My child will NOT be returning.

Place was ok until they lost Steve, then it unraveled. Their site and billing system are from 1766. It was a nightmare trying to pay a bill. There was always calling back and forth, that is if you could ever get someone on the phone. Always voicemail, except for the front desk lady, who did nothing but redirect your call. Then comes their scheduling. I had to drop because my kid’s teacher quit (shocker) and I had to be put on a list. Waited over a year. Finally got an appointment (yay). This place is like home. Everyone welcomes u. The speech teacher's are great and also helps you remind yourself when the next speech section will be in the text massage.
