I just received a call from Achievement Associates saying that I had an unpaid balance from 10/16/2017 and threatening me with collections. She said that they tried to bill my insurance, but my insurance came up as "non-active". I told her that I never received a bill statement from them so I thought that my insurance took care of it. The woman from Achievement Associates said that they do not send out billing statements. What business doesn't send out billing statements? I love this place! They are all very wonderful! It's very calm and discreet which I really like because most doctor offices can feel intimidating. I highly recommend it to everyone especially my family and friends. The lady at the front desk is very professional and helpful and checking in is very easy. I love that they have my insurance on file and every time I come to my appointment they do not ask for it each time and I just pay my co-pay before service. We visited Achievement Associates for some family counseling sessions, and I cannot recommend Achievement Associates more highly! The staff was always incredibly friendly and everyone was always so helpful when we needed to reschedule appointments due to scheduling conflicts with my kids' busy schedules. The sessions were really helpful and our family is in a much better place now thanks to all the help. Thank you so much and we will continue to come in!
