This place is ridiculous! I have been trying for months to get my daughters in to see a therapist. They required a Psychologist appointment First for evaluation which we completed, then proceeded to have us schedule six weeks out for therapy appointments. We waited the six weeks for the therapy appointment and they call week of to cancel because the therapist quit. They never bothered to call back when they hired a new therapist or give any type of priority to patients that had already been waiting weeks for appointments.
This place is an absolute joke and only cares about money, not the well being of patients. I called them two weeks ago to try and get established as I am having a hard time finding a psychologist. Eileen called me back this evening and as soon as I said I am going through an EAP program she said that they “try to stay away from those”. It’s disgusting that they are a provider on this program’s list yet they refuse to take patients. Dr. Walden is very kind and understanding.
Given the fact that this supposed to be a mental health facility offering a variety of mental health services, you would think it was critically important to return calls to people asking for help. Not this facility. We tried several times, leaving messages and no response. You clearly aren’t focused on the patient. Very bad.
