This place is an absolute joke and only cares about money, not the well being of patients. I called them two weeks ago to try and get established as I am having a hard time finding a psychologist. Eileen called me back this evening and as soon as I said I am going through an EAP program she said that they “try to stay away from those”. It’s disgusting that they are a provider on this program’s list yet they refuse to take patients. Dr. Walden is very kind and understanding.
Given the fact that this supposed to be a mental health facility offering a variety of mental health services, you would think it was critically important to return calls to people asking for help. Not this facility. We tried several times, leaving messages and no response. You clearly aren’t focused on the patient. Very bad.

I was hoping the poor reviews were just confused old people that didn't know what to do but, I can tell you that in fact the office is confused and disorganized. Made a new patient appointment. I called as the appointment was coming up and I hadn't received any confirmation from them. Good thing I did because my "profile" was never made.
