We practice an approach of treating pain first, then working with the body to regain range of motion, strength, and function. We do not believe that "PT" should stand for "Pain and Torture".
I had elbow surgery. After 4 weeks, my elbow wouldn't bend properly and was stuck in place. Achieve Physical Therapy helped me get the stiffness out of my elbow, and get it so my arm was able to bend straight again. The whole staff was very professional and easy to work with. I'm very grateful that they helped me get my range of motion back in my arm again. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you so much!

Mr. Blazek Mr. Patterson at Achieve Physical Therapy was an extraordinary physical therapist. He was always very attentive, very adaptive, and used various techniques to help my shoulder heal. He helped me recover faster than expected and made my post operative care more pleasant than what it could have been. He is very gentle and a great conversationalist. I would recommend him to anyone who needs physical therapy of any sort.
