Called Achieve Pediatric Therapy on 10/15/25 around 1:30 pm to ask about scheduling a new patient appointment for my son for speech therapy. Spoke with Ariana, who was not only extremely rude, but during the call put me on hold several times for several minutes, did not communicate why I was being placed on hold, and when asked which page on their website shows the insurances accepted, could not inform me. Worst service ever! 3 times this agency call me cause my baby “start” her treatment Today I had an appointment that I didn’t even know existed, and tomorrow after her evaluation they were going to send her to the insurance company to wait weeks for approval, my problem is not waiting for approval but why do they call me so many times saying that I have an appointment first thing on Monday, when my baby is 2 years old I had to stop her at 6am and drive 45 minutes so that they didn’t even know who I was, you CAN’T play with pe... read more
My son has been going here for a little while now and he absolutely loves it. The entire staff is amazing. My daughter goes there for speech therapy and my son also takes Music Therapy there. Every single therapist there is so kind and so amazing to all the children and all the staff is amazing upfront, you could tell how much love they have for all the kids. My son had his music therapy evaluation with Javier yesterday and he was awesome. My son is severely autistic & non verbal and got a little emotional the 2nd half of the session but Javier stayed so patient with him and kind. Also he is very observant and really explains how he interpreted my son's actions during the playing of the music which was so nice. His personality is very well suited for the career. Im so glad I discovered music therapy I think its fabulous and I'm excited to see how my son progresses. Thank you!
