Our Napier New Zealand family purchased an expensive Sole 85 Treadmill from Heath Storer Commercial Fitness Manager, at Achieve Fitness, Bernsport (1995) Ltd. This was a major purchase for our family. Heath took care of us before, during, and after the sale in a way few retailers today offer. Heath has insured access to Richard Willox at Fitness Fix Hawkes Bay to ensure our Napier based family has help when moving the treadmill and if repairs/maintenance are ever need (at our expense unless parts etc are covered by warranty)... read more
Product came quickly. I was disappointed as I signed up to get a discount on my 1st purchase however there looked to be nowhere to enter the code when purchasing. Possibly it was hiding and I just missed it. I wanted the product then so I had to go along without it.
Over 70 yrs old using the weights for balancing fitness classes ... The services was great would use them again ...... Many thanks Peter
Great dumbells. Easy to use and they do not become loose easily due to the rubber o-ring on the nuts.
Prompt delivery and fantastic after sales service. Had a small issue with the item when it arrived but communication was excellent and replacement part that was needed was sent ASAP at no cost. Cant recommend highly enough
