This place is absolutely the worst. Don't waste your time taking your children to this place. They book you for 30 minute appointments but only spend 10 to 15 minutes with speech therapy time. Not to mention how many times they have rescheduleled my son's appointments an hour before his appointment. Then call us to reschedule and then an hour later say my son no showed his appointment when they rescheduled it.
Worst place. And I gave them so many chances! My child's father even called the CEO, and we were ignored! Not only they cant keep any decent teachers, they are not very good at all. A lot of times, teachers come out 5 min after appt started... when full 30 min is what we pay for!!! These kids needs stability... with such high turnover... that's impossible. I asked them to figure it out where my child could come to OT and ST, and it took them 3 months after the assessment for OT to finally schedule us. And it was worthless. I... read more
We've been coming there for awhile and my toddler loves it there. Never any problems, just awesome place and awesome people!! Don't understand why the bad reviews. Achieve is great!
TLDR- Do not take your child here for speech. So many complaints about this office. My son (2yo), was seen at Center for Pediatric Therapy for speech delays. The care was excellent. Fast forward to when my son is 4, we need speech therapy again. Center for Pediatric Therapy has a 3 YEAR waiting list. So we find Achieve. My son goes through an assessment with an SLP that should not be working with children. My son is very reserved and slow to warm up to new people.
