Been a customer for years. Levi at the St Petersburg 62nd Ave N location has always been very helpful. All of the staff there are friendly and helpful.
This was my first time at this branch. Everyone was cordial and attentive. The manager, Kesha, was especially helpful and attentive to my needs. Although she was having difficulty with the new Adobe update, she remained patient and determined to resolve the issue. She was able to provide me with a handwritten receipt for my ACH payment and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.
