ATM always has issues. Waste of time.
Teller went above and beyond to help solve my cash app issue. Not the banks problem, Cash App problem. I felt he was genuinely concerned and wanted to fix the issue however it was out of his hands with the Cash App site.
Called to get a payoff amount. Operator takes my accnt#, ssn, name, dob, phone # and tells me that she can’t give any info and that specialist will call me to authenticate. I appreciate the security and all that but dang! What else do you want for me? Blood type? Yeah, I’ll pay you off and move on to someone realistic.
