I wouldn’t recommend Achieva to anyone. They do not protect their buyers during the construction process. They overfund their loans and completely wash their hands of responsibility. Stu Jacobs - Loan processor for our account cannot be trusted. I would be happy to share my story with anyone who is interested. I hope this helps in the future when thinking of banking with Achieva in any capacity.

Delightful helpful staff. One of few banking entities that does not require $1500-2000 hostage at no interest to keep a local account. Easy ATM at Publix without fees. CU does require a fee to join though. Has better CD rates than major banks
