The employees don't know how to do their jobs. Lack of customer service, unprofessionalism, and no ethics at all. They say one thing on the phone, and when you get there, it turns out to be something else. Both reception assistants don't know how to do their jobs.
Best Doctor in the country would not trade him for nothing. He has been my Doctor for about 15 years or more and I really love my Doctor he is the best Doctor in the Business.
He and his staff are simply amazing! They have been taking care of me and my entire family for years! They truly care!!
Dr. Achampong, I hope you see this review. I am a long time patient and it hurts to see how this office has declined. I just feel like since you’ve been out of the country and the NP has been covering you things haven’t been the same. I will sadly be looking for another physician. If you care about your practice you will take heed to your patient reviews and make necessary adjustments.
