Donnie is a breath of fresh air, I have been doing deliveries to this location for over a year now. Prior to Donnie, there was a mean spirited Hispanic women that ran the front office, not only was she rude, she made me feel as if I was an inconvenience every single visit. Belligerent and unprofessional shipper. Shameful place.
I had a disappointing experience with ATLAS MOLDED PRODUCTS/Reno plant due to unprofessionalism and discriminatory behavior with the new HR Britnny and new plant manager Eduard Despite my efforts to address these issues employees with respect they need to be more professional during work hours. Also when you had never had any write ups they will go with FIRST & FINAL WRITE UP That is ridiculous! They all act like nothing happens that place is Hell!!!!

My husband and I always have great service here from the shipping lady. always loads me in less than an hour! love her better with red hair just saying!
