Absolute disregard for truck drivers. A consistent trend in the industry. No other trucks in docks and still made to wait 2 hours. Workers walk in and out to smoke and sit on their phones. This is on a load that THEY wanted expedited. Laredo to Iowa. Lack of leadership at this location and it is reflected. Disappointing that you can find this in small town America.

Called someone in for an interview, knowing they weren't gonna give them the opportunity. I personally know the person who applied and was interviewed when they had no intention of hiring them. The interview went well, just for excuses through text message why they couldn't hire them. Why interview someone knowing that you weren't gonna hire them, just to get their hopes up?
