I have work under warranty with this company and have sent 3 emails and called everyday for 2 weeks with only one actual contact. The responder promised to send a technician out and it was a no call no show. ********* Edited: The technician finally came and fixed all outlets and was extremely professional and friendly. I cannot give 5 stars based on the lack of communication and timliness but did want to reward the company for follow through and delivery.
Business owner is a dishonest person. The employees are great but I will no longer do business with them.
