Professional and punctual. Very good service of my split systems and ducted. Wiil call on ACG for future maintenance.
Booking system easy to do, quick reply to book a technician. However I needed to reschedule and after doing so didn't receive new text confirming appointment. Technician was early and unaware he was. Was a quick service, tested everything and talked me through what he was doing and gave advice on usage of unit. Would happily use this company again.
The guys that attended were polite, friendly, explained the process and what they were doing, what the options. Great service. Would definitely use this service again.
I've had ACG do my servicing for several years. The service team are always friendly, communicative, and honest, and they do a thorough job. The admin team are super helpful and easy to deal with too. Highly recommended!
