Very poor service Installed a faulty system that never worked and suggested I should claim warranty on it from Daikin. Then finally replace it and now it's broken again in 18 months. Ask for a repair and they send out a service team who see the error code (they were told this before coming) and say you need repair team (great insight). They still manage to send me a $280 invoice for service even though they didn't service anything.
I don't use Google reviews often, but i feel compelled to save others looking to use ACG for their air-conditioning. I have been chasing them since November 2025 to repair a faulty/leaking Mitsubishi split system which is only 2yrs old and under warranty. They inspected the unit and advised "this needs to go through our Warranty team". Either this team doesn't exist or they simply ignore emails, as I have sent them 6 emails and called numerous occasions trying to get someone to at least call me back to organise the repair/re... read more
I've used ACG a few times. The last 2 times they came out, the issue of watering dripping from the unit remains. Despite advice that the pump was working, this is not the case. Will be finding another provider that can fix the unit.
I’ve used ACG for both repair and new installation. Repair service was timely, easy to arrange and the technician was very professional and efficient and communicative. For the new installation from quote to installation was a very smooth and timely process. The admin and management were very polite, responsive and professional. The installers were brilliant.
