Ordered a dining room set in August 13th of 2021 it's May 3rd of 2022 still no dining room set and they will not refund me my money. I've called better Business bureau and now discover fraud services. A horrible company they won't respond and you can never get through their phone line it's always busy
Do not buy from them! They are a SCAM!
Total scam...they stole $300 from me
After ordering, I started to see all the negative comments all over the internet and got pretty scared. I decided to cancel my order 2 days after ordering. It is very difficult to reach them, their line is most of the time busy, but you need to persevere. I got them on the phone, cancelled the order. 30 days after cancellation, still no refund. I called them and let a message, and sent an email. I had an refund email from them in the 48hr and money on my bank account the day after!!! A big relief.
Scammers, we ordered a dresser, has not come in phone is always busy they do not respond to emails I will have to get a refund via my credit card My only question is who is Teresa I gave them a five star review? They must be related
