From an employee perspective, if you like being paid very little, but going out and getting drunk at company gathering this is it. They don't want to change their operations regardless of how ineffective they are from a growth perspective. If you have a "the companies right" mentality you'll fit in. If you're creativ and aspire to have things change for the success of the team this isn't the place to work. Being that I was one of the two black person in management, I already knew it wasn't going to work.
