My entire family and I have been seeing Dr. Mogharbel since 2007 (almost 20 years at this point), and we all appreciate her so much. She is caring, thorough, patient, personable, and no nonsense, which is a great thing for us. Building a trusting relationship with a PCP can take a lot of time and be tough nowadays, so it gives me and my family peace of mind knowing we have someone we can turn to. Called to make an appointment but the receptionist was totally out of line. She was rude and condescending and even hung up on me. Idk if this is the way they are trained to treat and to speak to patients but that is not right, especially at a doctor's office, where you're supposed to be taken care of. I called back after she hung up on me, to speak to the manager but of course they didn't pass my call. I do not recommend this office Will not be returning.

Her approach to healthcare is similar to the “family doctor” of the past which is a good thing. The most appealing thing to me was this is a private practice. After years under a managed care, our insurance changed and she was in our new network. It was good to see the same doctor all the time.
