Have tried to get him to service my vehicle on 3 different occasions and has come off unprofessional. 1st time I called I was told I'd receive a call in an hour or 2, I do understand a busy person, but days went by and nothing. Called for my second attempt 2 days after, he says yea i haven't forgotten you give me an hour and I got you and nothing. My wife and I were on a wekend road trip to Orlando. We pulled off the freeway for a rest room break. When we got back on the road. I felt and heard a huge pop. Turned out is was the serpentine belt!
