Thiefs, Thiefs, Thiefs – They came out to fix my refrigerator, that was about 10 degrees warmer than it should be, but running ok. They charged $ 400 00, and said it would get cooler within a few hours.The next day, it was much warmer. We called them back, and they said they will come back that afternoon. They never showed and failed to answer any phone calls since. They had cashed the check the same day. What proper business does that ? Be warned and really stay away !

Worst Service Ever – They were called to come service my refridgeratror I never saw old part, he left a sponge like part outside of fridge a plate in fridge was loose, and broken still when called back after 3days still broken I got food poisioning still broken do not call them they will not fix it . and charge you a arm and leg. rippoff

Professional appliance service – This company was very prompt and professional when coming to my house to do some repairs. The technician was very polite and knowledgable. I have had many companys in the past come to my house but the BY FAR has been the best experience i have ever had when it comes to service. I will be using acestar for any future rerpairs. Thanks Acestar!

Unreliable and does not return phone calls. – Horrible experience and still attempting to get my ice-maker working. Initially, they were responsive and quick to schedule an appointment and come complete with the new parts required to repair the ice machine. When technician departed he informed me I had a 60 day guarantee and that the ice would commence to work in about 2 hours. Well...that did not happen nor was my water working after he left.
