You should go here for allergy testing. Friendly staff Clean clinic, easy to find. Doctor is professional and friendly, answers questions with an open mind (not condescending or quick answers). Knowledgeable. Would recommend for children or adults. Parking is a moderate pain.
I’ve been calling to cancel an appointment I have wrongly booked, nobody answers calls or calls you back. This is very unprofessional.
The driver towing mobile unit 3 on the yellowhead needs training. Should not be towing large trailer on extremely busy highway without skills to do so. Doesn’t even have towing mirrors ffs. Do better.
Absolutely terrible experience. I waited over two years just to get back in to see a specialist - completely unacceptable. When my appointment finally came, I showed up early (1:45 for a 2:00 PM appointment) and still sat in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. Zero respect for people’s time. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. Then Dr. Mulholland came in and spent 2 minutes disregarding everything I was saying.
We had an appointment for an allergy test for our son and we were running a little late. We called them ahead of time to inform them and there was no issues with us being 15minutes late. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The allergist made our son feel very comfortable and the testing procedure went so smooth. 5☆ all the way around from the front desk to the doctor. Thank you!
