Well it was said Republix was a bad company prior to them taking over ACE and no I have to agree. They changed the way they deal with missed payments and I dont recall ever receiving anything saying they cut off service as opposed to sending balance with next cycle payment like ACE did. The woman on the phone sounds like a robot repeating its a new company thats the policy. I guess if there is no competition it doesn't matter how much you suck!
ripoff, had a pickup bed with about 10 bags of trash, was told $41, when there sign says min $14, last time i had dropped off similar amount it was $18, explained that and guy didnt care
Website hours are wrong- unacceptable such a large company does not take the time to have accurate information posted.
We had cardboard to drop off but the hours posted are wrong. Open at 9 not 8:30. The man at the gate was very rude and knew the posted hours were wrong! Please have someone correct the hours posted. A little kindness and courtesy goes a long way. Hire people they like people!!
After taking over for Aces, information is completely unavailable. Can't call the office, their website has no information on what can be dropped off at the transfer station, or any idea how much it might cost. And before you respond with your stupid canned response, NO. We should not have to call you and provide our own information to know this. That is YOUR JOB to make it available. It's as simple as putting up a picture of the price board on google maps, instead of you stock photos of you pretty blue trucks.
