No one answers the phone. I needed a dumpster delivered to our business and it never showed then they said we had things to sign in our email, so we signed at sent them back while on the phone with them, but the next day they sent another one (the same thing) and requested another signature delaying our dumpster even more. While we have a large pile of garbage just sitting out front waiting to be picked up.

We’ve generally had reliable service, but today’s interaction was disappointing. We forgot to put our trash out — something that rarely happens — likely due to the 3-day weekend. My husband saw the truck just down the street and politely asked if they could grab our can since they had just passed our house. The driver responded rudely and told him to bring the can down to the truck instead of coming back a few houses. Aces waste always made sure to take care of all their customers in different ways, and you could always get in touch with a person actually stationed at the place you were trying to call. The drivers have stopped caring about prompt on time service, and the entire customer service is set up in a way to confuse and frustrate the user into giving up, and just dealing with it. Very frustrating, if I could give negative stars I would.

Almost immediately they have raised the prices, they have misbilled us and charged extra fees for not having my lid closed. They have made it impossible to call them even when I want to upgrade my can size or fix billing issues. Completely unacceptable.
