I work nights and called when they opened after I got off work and sat on hold for over a half hour before deciding to go with the call back option. I didn't get a call back from them until five hours after I chose the call back option. I liked aces much better than the new owners
First impression, trash service is about 3x more per month than I'm used to. Okay, that sucks. But I guess that's the cost of living out of the city. Then finally got my cans and put out my first week of trash, and they didn't take it. It was out plenty early, in the right spot, not too full, no reason at all why they didn't take it. So now we're 17 days into march and I haven't had my trash picked up a single time yet, yet I'm paying (an outrageous amount) for this "service". Bad first impression. I have been trying to pay my bill for months. This company took over Aces Waste and the website will not allow my to link my account because Aces Waste is not on the list of choices. I have been on the phone over an hour on hold. This is my first experience dealing with this company. NOT GOOD
