I called the local dump number to find out what I can dump/ recycle at the Ione location where I’ve been going for 20 years. They now route your call to a central office with someone demanding to know your name and service address and account number before they will give you any info. Totally insane typical California mess. Republic Services has ruined even the public dump. Only in CA could this happen. What a joke.

Call center is deliberately apathetic and unhelpful. Hung up and heading to the local office. Recommendation: Replacing the call center with nothing would be a significant improvement to your business.

Very poor customer service. Nobody is available by phone. We made our deposit and still haven’t received the garbage bins which were supposed to be delivered last Friday.

I work nights and called when they opened after I got off work and sat on hold for over a half hour before deciding to go with the call back option. I didn't get a call back from them until five hours after I chose the call back option. I liked aces much better than the new owners
