Yeah, this got taken over by one of those big companies that truly does not care about community, just cares about making money. They will have a generic A.I. respond to you and say they care about your concern and give you an email that is absolutely never checked.

If i could give negative stars I absolutely would. The WORSE customer service and trash/recycle business I have ever paid for. I've lived across the country and never have had bad business with trash services until moving to amador county. I wish there was another company we could use. I'm sick of my trash and recycle not being picked up (that they refuse to give credit for when THEY miss picking up, then they blame me and my family), not being notified of ANYTHING (was told they do not have to notify) and the TERRIBLE custo... read more

it takes 2 hours on the phone at best! to pay for and order a 6 yard dumpster. good luck when it comes to dropping off hazardous waste, we were told july 4th & 18th after loading all the stuff, when we got there it was closed! republic is a joke!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Bryant was at the gate, and he charged me a VERY reasonable rate. Half the price of other dump stations. He was very professional and courteous, was in and out in under ten minutes.

After taking over for Aces, information is completely unavailable. Can't call the office, their website has no information on what can be dropped off at the transfer station, or any idea how much it might cost. And before you respond with your stupid canned response, NO. We should not have to call you and provide our own information to know this. That is YOUR JOB to make it available. It's as simple as putting up a picture of the price board on google maps, instead of your stock photos of your pretty blue trucks.
