Horribly ran company. Delayed my appointment two times and then missed the 3-hour window of the rescheduled appointment by 30 minutes. The actual tech that showed up was extremely nice and worked very fast, I feel sorry that he has to work for such a poorly managed company. Do not hire them for carpet cleaning or anything else.
