Got the whole bait and switch thing going on. Got a price on the phone for a specific room size and type of carpet cleaning. A man showed up with no equipment and a clip board, inspected the room and wanted $30 additional on the spot for no extra cleaning. I told him to leave. Careful with this company, I suggest going elsewhere.
I can't say enough great things about Aces Team Carpet Cleaners! Frederick came out and worked wonders on my carpets, completely removing all the stubborn odors. He did some extra deodorizing and was very friendly and easy to talk to. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent—I always got a quick callback, even on weekends.
