Derek and Jared did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. They were both professional and friendly, taking the time to explain the carpet cleaning process and answering all my questions. They worked with a positive attitude and made sure I understood the different services available for my home. I will definitely be calling again soon to have my hardwood floors cleaned. Beware of this company! I was scammed by this company it is not legitimate. I just had carpet and couch cleaning done and after it was done there was so much water damage to my living room that my husband needed to use a shop vac to remove the puddles of water all over my house. My walls were soaked, my windows were soaked. We had to shop vac the water out of my soaking wet couches. Now my couches, which were in immaculate condition, are covered in water stains.
