roger and his team have helped us with carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning on three different visits, including an area rug, a large sofa, and the full basement carpet. each time, they were friendly, professional, and right on time. they worked very carefully and did a thorough deep clean, and frederick explained the after-care steps clearly so the carpet and fabric would dry well and stay fresh. i know i can count on roger and his team for reliable service. jared was very responsive with pricing and easy scheduling, whi... read more

They quickly arranged for Jared, who had already finished for the day, to come out to my home in Haverhill within about 15 minutes. He arrived promptly, got right to wo... read more
