Five stars richly deserved from this neck of the woods! Called a couple of nights ago after a washing machine swallowed the money but wouldn't function. It was Stan to the rescue, with reassuring cheer and the promise of a refund! These machines have been with us for over a year now and there are fewer breakdowns than we've had in years!

I contacted their customer service line for issues with a non- working Ace laundry card, and other concerns related to the washers and dryers. Dan who handled my call, quickly restored and refunded the amount on my i lost for trying to use it several times . I was also impressed by how attentive he was over the the concerns I brought to attention and his plans to put correct them soon.

We have had Aces Laundry Services in our Coop in Queens for many years. The service that the company provides is outstanding. Even on a Sunday they pick up the phone and respond to the issues. I highly recommend them as a professional and well run business.
