Terrible customer service. A colleague, when asked a question, didn’t know the answer and had to get a male member of staff over. I assume this guy was the owner. His customer service alone should have made this review a 0, saved only by the other two colleagues having a personality and being friendly. He answered the question, but in a belittling and snobby way, then walked away and left us with the colleague. I got far better service when i went else where.
Awful experience with a male member of staff in this shop. I asked about whether they sold black wedding bands and received what I can only describe as a tyrade of snobbiness from the jeweler about how all black wedding bands are "fake", non-precious, and usually painted stainless steel. I don't dispute what I was told, but at no point did the jeweler actually stop to ask what I (the customer) wanted. I'm aware that black bands are not precious metal, and I would actually prefer to purchase a band that wasn't precious. Of co... read more
