Inefficient pick up.. the company tells you to put trash out by 7am but then does not pick up until 4pm. When you call with questions, they have uninformed, unhelpful people that pick up. Recently they picked up one side of the neighborhood and left everyone on the other side unpicked up. When I called to see if they would come back, the lady said "if it's your trash day they should." This has occurred on multiple occasions.
