I had issues with my dishwasher and disposal tripping the circuit breakers constantly. Checked reviews and contacted Aces. He responded quickly and changed out the breaker and the plug for the dishwasher. Asked me to see how it was working before billing. I let them know within hours that the disposal was still going off and they came back the next working day and completed the same task. I’m a general contractor and I had an emergency at my own home. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and absolutely solved our problem. We were very fortunate we didn’t call someone else and I hope to work with Aces again as soon as possible. Also he showed up very fast and communicated actively. That goes a long way.
Wish I could give 10 stars. We were stood up by Lowes 6 times! I called Rick. He fit us into his schedule and came right out. Our 2nd great experience with him. Happy and grateful. Have our ceiling fan and it is 90 degrees!!
Aces Electric recently did some electrical work at my house. The following day I noticed what appeared to be a new conduit emerging from the wall above the circuit breaker panel. Over the next three days I left multiple messages with the company, both phone and text, requesting a return call to address my concern, to no avail.
It took almost 3 hours to diagnose the issue with our three-way light switch /junction box light fixture. I am annoyed that it took such a long time to diagnose the issue
