From all of the equipment to the people, this gym is great! Whether you’re a bodybuilder, strongman, cross fitter, or a general gym goer, they have everything you need for a good workout. The owner, Jackson, is also a great guy and will help you out in any way he can! If you’re in the Gulf Shores area and need a good gym, this is the spot!
Best gym around! Newly remodeled with black and red paint. Looks awesome! If you're here on vacation or new to the area I recommend you chose this gym 💪🏽🔥
Competed here at a meet and really enjoyed the experience. The owner was great, and the gym has pretty much any piece if equipment you could want to train.
This is a great gym. If you’re a powerlifter and visiting Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, this needs to be where you train. Equipment includes: 2 mono lifts, one TSS bench rack, Texas squat bar, Texas deadlift bar, Titan SSB, a duffalo bar and plenty else. Machines are in good shape and they have a good selection of them - cable and plate loaded. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I believe they should have a few more true power bars (whether Texas, Ohio, or anything else doesn’t matter).
