This is a great gym. If you’re a powerlifter and visiting Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, this needs to be where you train. Equipment includes: 2 mono lifts, one TSS bench rack, Texas squat bar, Texas deadlift bar, Titan SSB, a duffalo bar and plenty else. Machines are in good shape and they have a good selection of them - cable and plate loaded. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I believe they should have a few more true power bars (whether Texas, Ohio, or anything else doesn’t matter).

This gym is perfect for us! We are on vacation and were able to get a 10-day membership for a very reasonable price. There is every single piece of equipment you can imagine. The owners are very welcoming, personable and knowledgeable! It’s not fancy or anything. The perfect gym. 🤩
