I dropped my car off at Aces Automotive, ************, ** on August 15, 2022 to have the engine evaluated. I provided them with my 3rd party warranty information along with a diagnosis from a Kia ******* Their advertising says that they replace engines. On August 23rd I asked ***** for an update on my car. ***** informed me that he evaluated the situation and that he would NOT work on the car. After diagnosing the customer's compaint we felt that the car did not need an engine replacement as the concern was not duplicated,also the concern that he had was covered under factory warranty so we recommended a *** authorized service center re evaluate the customer concern.The reason he was not called is because of other clients that were here prior to him and his vehicle had not been diagnosed yet. Quote only... A one hour repair with no parts = $109 per hour, but $125 out the door with garage use fees etc., and only if I pay with cash. Really!? I hate places that charge garage use and other fees, after a significant profit is already in the price. And only if you pay cash!... (IRS, take notice here). I got it done at a smaller, (ethical) neighborhood garage for $45.

Fantastic experience honest and reasonable. Super nice shop clean full service shop with state of the art equipment. I walked in the front door and was greeted by a very knowledgeable and upbeat and happy young lady named Melissa. She took the time to review my appointment and offer some excellent ideas. They took my car right in. They performed the repairs quickly and didn’t barrage with a bunch of unnecessary repairs. I’d highly recommend checking out Aces Complete Auto Care.
