I think this field and this office impacts so many lives. My children love it here. They are provided a safe space and given creative freedom to grow into the best versions of themselves and that helps me with them at home so much.
As a parent, I expected a blend of professionalism, consistency, and supportive guidance; unfortunately, those expectations were not met. It has become increasingly clear that the supervisor is not effectively fulfilling their role. The most concerning issues was the apparent high turnover rate among staff members.
