I have had the same issues as other people. Aces was very good in the beginning and since past eight months when the management changed and the new BCBAs joined all the services went downhill. Even the therapists were so frustrated with how things are going on right now. This new team is so incapable of handling kids with behaviors that they are finding out ways to discharge the kids, leaving them without the treatment. I wish there’s an option to give zero or negative rating. Our BCBA changed 8 months ago to Ms. Kristan Harrison and since then, we’ve had multiple issues and regressing behaviors.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Also the clinic is always clean and maintained to a high standard, which is always great to see. I highly recommend this clinic for their excellent service and commitment to cleanliness.
