The center looks nice but they are not nice. The staff is undertrained and inexperienced. The turnover rate is super high. The owner is always clueless . They are money hungry . They advertise cameras but when you want to watch or something happens they avoid you and only show pieces. This definitely didn’t make me feel comfortable sending my child there. I really wish I could give a -1 star review.
I have had the same issues as other people. Aces was very good in the beginning and since past eight months when the management changed and the new BCBAs joined all the services went downhill. Even the therapists were so frustrated with how things are going on right now. This new team is so incapable of handling kids with behaviors that they are finding out ways to discharge the kids, leaving them without the treatment. I wish there’s an option to give zero or negative rating. Our BCBA changed 8 months ago to Ms. Kristan Harrison and since then, we’ve had multiple issues and regressing behaviors.
Im going to be looking forward one day
