My experience with ACES has been very disappointing and frustrating to say the least. On 11/1/24 my son had a session from 11am to 3pm and I showed up and no one was there. Prior to his session I messaged the supervisor Maia Jones to confirm that the BI would be there and she confirmed and when I arrived Megan his BI I was not there and I wasted my time driving there but most of all my son is at a disservice because now he doesn’t get the therapy he needs. Riley is an amazing ABA Therapist and we are grateful to have him in our son's life. He has done some amazing things with our son and the staff who work with our son!
